Rishi has been in the jewellery business since 1985, handling operations, sourcing, client relationships, and manufacturing. Lucy joined the industry in 1997 after working with her father, and today she leads design and marketing at Ajunni. Their shared vision began after marriage, when they noticed a gap in the diamond jewellery market, a vision that later shaped Ajunni’s strong focus on fine nose jewellery. Rishi’s interest in nose ornaments comes from seeing how limited the existing designs were and wanting to create pieces that genuinely enhance and beautify the face.
