  • GST will apply to all orders.

  • No order will be shipped until full payment is received.

Certification

  • All jewelry is Hallmarked and IGI-certified unless stated otherwise.

  • Ajunni is not liable for delays caused by third-party certification agencies.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Pan-India shipping.

  • Delivery timelines depend on order size and location.

  • Dispatch will be made only after full payment.

  • Once dispatched, Ajunni is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.

  • Any loss or damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof.

Returns, Exchanges & Claims

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order is confirmed.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

  • Manufacturing issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Ajunni will repair or replace items only in valid cases determined after inspection.

  • Refunds are not issued for custom or personalized orders.
